• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable commercial organization • Accelerate adoption of Barostim Therapy and achieve commercial commitments • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and provide strategic leadership for an assigned geographic region • Achieve regional growth, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives • Develop Area Sales Directors and future leaders through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and leadership development • Own commercial talent quality and lead hiring and selection decisions • Ensure standardized onboarding, coaching, performance development, and reduced time-to-productivity • Drive CRM discipline, pipeline management, business planning, performance analytics, and accurate forecasting • Establish business and pipeline reviews, coaching, and accountability cadences • Monitor KPIs, remove execution barriers, and improve regional performance • Manage regional budgets and optimize investments • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards • Partner with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition • Communicate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to executive leadership • Lead organizational change initiatives and strengthen commercial effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree required. • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the medical device industry • Demonstrated success leading second-line commercial leaders across geographically dispersed organizations • Proven experience commercializing innovative therapies requiring physician adoption, multidisciplinary collaboration, reimbursement challenge navigation, and long sales cycles • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing commercial leaders • Experience driving organizational change and building leadership capability • Experience building scalable commercial operating models and improving commercial execution • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement, Integrated Delivery Networks, and hospital purchasing environments • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, commercial analytics, forecasting tools, and business planning processes • Reliable home office technology and privacy commitments • Ability to travel by car and/or air 60–75% of the time • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment • Compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer credentialing requirements • Certain positions may require full vaccination against COVID-19 and other diseases
