📋 Description

• Define Medical Affairs strategy and goals in collaboration with executive Americas leadership and global matrix teams • Oversee Medical Affairs operations, budget, tactical execution, policies, and procedures • Advance collaborations with key opinion leaders and execute scientific-engagement plans with healthcare practitioners, research groups, and centers of excellence • Lead strategy and tactical execution across Americas assets and manage a team of Medical Directors, field medical liaisons, and clinical theranostic specialists • Develop clinical trial recruitment strategies for Phase 1–4 registrational trials, expanded access programs, and lifecycle management • Provide Medical Affairs input to product development and launch strategies for the US, Canada, and LATAM • Support launches of Illuccix, Zircaix, and Pixclara through clinical mindshare, publication strategy, investigator-initiated research, reader training, medical information, and Veeva medical review • Lead KOL, healthcare provider, professional society, medical education, scientific communication, publication, and congress strategies • Identify data gaps and support evidence generation, clinical practice expansion, and cross-functional medical and clinical strategy • Drive site engagement, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and patient recruitment and retention initiatives • Lead Investigator-Initiated Research strategy and matrix alignment across development, regulatory, clinical, and marketing • Maintain a high-performance team through coaching, SME training, performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD) required • 10+ years’ experience in biotech, pharma, or related areas required • 5+ years in a leadership role required • Ability to travel 50–75% regionally; international travel may be requested • Comprehensive knowledge of medical affairs activities, pivotal trials, and the prostate, renal, and neuro-oncology medical landscape • Pharmaceutical environment experience with strong knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory environments • Proven track record in medical strategy, product launches, lifecycle strategy, data generation gaps, and thought leader engagement • Experience with package insert development and EAP and registry trial designs • Ability to lead, inspire, and influence a US Medical Affairs team in a matrix structure • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent people-management and leadership skills • Ability to execute results through leading others • Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships with business partners and investigators • Strategic thinking and innovative mindset • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Expertise in prostate, renal, and neuro-oncology radiopharmaceuticals strongly preferred
