📋 Description

• Act as operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral • Implement requested updates and resolve ad-hoc inquiries • Track open action items and ensure timely follow-through • Prepare and circulate agendas and presentation decks • Capture comprehensive meeting minutes for client-facing calls and internal team syncs • Track deliverables and open items from meetings and email correspondence • Coordinate intake, internal routing, and client-facing resolution of member grievances • Collaborate with Production, Business Analysts, and Data Relationship Managers • Document and communicate client nuances in client profiles, account records, and tracking sheets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel • Experience with meeting administration, including agenda preparation, detailed note-taking, and action item tracking • Strong organizational skills • Excellent task prioritization skills in a remote, fast-paced environment • Ability to explain operational processes and seek clarification in complex situations • Expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing data using Excel • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, operations management, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training instead of a formal degree • Preferred: familiarity with Asana, Jira, Confluence, or PowerBI • Preferred: direct client-facing experience with clear verbal and written communication • Preferred: knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plan structures • Preferred: familiarity with AI agent technologies and data analysis applications • Preferred: copywriting, proofreading, or editing experience • Preferred: experience facilitating and presenting to clients and matrixed teams several times a week for 1+ years
