📋 Description

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits • Ensure member receipt of important clinical services • Improve member health outcomes within the Medicaid or Medicare population • Respond to member inquiries in person, via telephone, and in writing • Provide support for HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements • Conduct outreach to members who are noncompliant in designated outreach services • Support effective medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience • 1+ years of experience working with data • Ability to work independently with a high attention to details • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications, and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) • High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
