📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions • Support members via phone, video, or chat according to their preferred communication modality • Provide immediate, 24/7 access to mental health support for members nationwide • Work Wednesday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM PST, with schedule adjustments based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in California • Unencumbered valid behavioral health license in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency using various technology platforms and tools • Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling field • Preferred: 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience • Preferred: Experience working with diverse populations • Preferred: Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing • Preferred: Call center work experience • Preferred: Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone • Preferred: Strong rapport-building skills • Preferred: Experience facilitating positive behavior changes
