📋 Description

• Support daily Medical Management mail operations • Process, label, route, and distribute correspondence using Digital Corporate Mailroom, ProFax, and established workflows • Support accurate and efficient document handling • Collaborate with internal teams to address mail-related needs • Promote and support quality administration of care coordination • Work closely with Care Management for documentation handling and editing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, including handling sensitive documentation • 1+ year of experience with basic medical terminology and concepts used in care management • Willingness to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Arizona Time • Basic computer proficiency • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and digital workflows, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • High school diploma or GED
