📋 Description

• Identify and present business and operational specifications based on customer and business needs, industry best practices, and available technology • Implement processes, systems, and methodologies supporting company business initiatives • Assist Vendor Management with vendor performance management, governance, oversight, data analytics and reporting, risk and compliance monitoring, and implementation support • Apply performance metrics and KPIs to analyze, evaluate, and report vendor performance to senior management • Monitor vendor service productivity and quality through data, reports, and site evaluations • Identify performance degradation, trends, and operational risks requiring remediation • Prepare vendor performance reports for internal oversight committees • Assist with corrective action plans and develop vendor performance reporting • Support vendor governance meetings and business reviews • Identify systemic issues and develop and execute strategies to address them • Track risks, issues, action items, and commitments through resolution • Assist with requirements, planning, and implementation of vendor processes and reports for new products, joint ventures, and other business activities • Participate in cross-departmental implementation teams • Support vendor onboarding, transitions, and operational readiness before go-live • Ensure vendor SLA and KPI reports are provided to management and monitor contractual and service-level commitments • Validate vendor data and statistics • Examine reports to isolate trends and potential operational, compliance, privacy, and performance risks • Monitor corrective action plans and communicate performance concerns, risks, and recommendations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business or other technical/analytical field or equivalent experience • Degree with an emphasis in statistics, math or related field preferred • Some training in Six Sigma, ISO, SAS 70 and TQM preferred • Three to five years experience in an operations/processing position • Minimum three years analytical and data processing experience • Experience with vendor performance management, governance and oversight • Experience with data analytics and reporting • Experience monitoring risk and compliance • Knowledge of contractual SLAs, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements • Ability to validate vendor-reported metrics and outcomes • Ability to perform trend analysis, data cleanup, and root cause analysis
