📋 Description

• Serve as a client-facing Health Plan Manager working directly with key client contacts • Own the client relationship and deliver client satisfaction as part of the account services team • Execute timely, accurate, and reliable client interactions through email, calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings • Own hiring, training, and development for Account Managers and Senior Account Managers • Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports using knowledge of PBM and CVS Health • Drive improvement in team members' skills and career development • Work cross-functionally with internal leaders to drive outstanding client satisfaction • Identify best practices and ensure projects focus on initiatives delivering best-in-class customer value

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams • Advanced understanding of CVS Health, PBM, and Health Plan market segments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, virtually and in person • Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and resolve complex problems • Ability to work variable hours to support client needs • Ability to recruit, lead, and develop a team of professionals • Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team • Ability to keep sensitive client and CVS Health information confidential • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel, and other necessary travel • Preferred: 3 or more years of experience in healthcare or account management
