📋 Description

• Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes • Analyze organizational systems and performance quantitatively and qualitatively against regulatory and accreditation standards • Implement evidence-based performance improvement interventions to reduce care variation and enhance clinical effectiveness • Establish, track, and monitor process and outcome measures • Prepare materials and organizational documents for POSC Forum, POSC Council, and POSC workgroup discussions • Manage and coordinate assigned POSC workgroup workplans • Facilitate relevant workgroups and committees • Contribute to improving healthcare services, patient outcomes, regulatory adherence, and industry-standard compliance • Develop, revise, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines addressing system, provider, and community partner performance • Address health disparities and health-related social needs while improving clinical quality, member and provider experience, and patient safety • Participate in research efforts, scholarly publications, and research utilization • Provide training and education on HEDIS and CAHPS performance, workflow, and dependencies • Collaborate with POSC stakeholders to establish, measure, and evaluate best-practice interventions supporting quality performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years prior relevant work experience in clinical, case management, administrative, quality/compliance or HEDIS performance-based roles • In-depth knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs measures, and performance initiatives • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analytics • Working knowledge of clinical and practice requirements essential to meet patient care needs • Ability to deal tactfully with customers and community • Ability to manage sensitive information ethically and responsibly • Ability to evaluate relative costs and benefits of potential actions • Ability to function in clinical settings with diverse cultural dynamics • Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills • Registered Nurse (RN) required • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • Planning, delivery, and support skills • BSN required • Master's degree in healthcare-related field preferred • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
