📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and run reporting, dashboards, and data models for payment integrity services • Track and manage group product changes, deviations, and implementations • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources • Support month-end activities including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting updates • Perform vendor payment and group billing reconciliations • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis • Collaborate cross-functionally to answer questions and resolve issues • Assist with initiatives to optimize product and process efficiency and effectiveness • Use multiple data sources to identify and quantify savings and revenue opportunities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related analytical roles • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel • Highly proficient with financial modeling • Highly proficient with Tableau • Excellent critical thinking skills and strategic mindset • Experience working with and analyzing large sets of disparate data • High level of individual initiative • Ability to independently pursue and implement collaborative solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • 1–3+ years of healthcare insurance experience preferred • TPA, NSA, or Payment Integrity knowledge is a plus • Experience preparing presentations and conveying complex information clearly and concisely preferred • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
