📋 Description

• Direct the company's cash flows, including forecasting and optimizing cash positions, monitoring bank balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations • Develop accurate cash flow forecasts for financial planning and budgeting, ensuring funds are available for upcoming expenses and minimizing borrowing costs • Coordinate bank relationships, negotiate banking services, manage bank accounts, and organize wire transfers, account reconciliations, and cash pooling • Coordinate risk management activities related to corporate insurance programs • Assess interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, and other financial risks and develop mitigation strategies • Direct debt financing operations, monitor loan covenants, manage debt facilities, coordinate with lenders, and evaluate debt repayment strategies • Evaluate short-term investment options for excess cash while considering safety and liquidity requirements • Collaborate with internal leaders and provide regular treasury and risk management updates • Ensure compliance with treasury-related regulations and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets • Design programs supporting cross-functional working capital initiatives and expand treasury competencies and capabilities • Analyze financial data and provide insights on financial risks and opportunities • Participate in capital budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing corporate treasury • Experience managing bank relationships • Experience implementing new technologies • Experience managing cash flows • Experience managing bank lending • Experience with monthly reporting such as borrowing base and financial covenant calculations • Experience managing corporate insurance programs including property, workers compensation, general liability, cyber and others • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) • Bachelors degree
