📋 Description
• supports customers by providing operational excellence and a deep commitment to ensuring simple and transparent experiences • responsible for delivering population health program analytics • supporting client implementations and ongoing program execution • providing support for member engagement
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of population health, health care or customer service experience • Ability to use communication skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors • Ability to take accountability to fully understand and address customer needs and expectations • Ability to understand complex issues with sensitivity and an analytical mind • Ability to multi-task while focused on quality • Proficiency in Word, Excel • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or High Diploma and equivalent experience.
