📋 Description

• Work under the direction of Legal Counsel and Management to advise internal stakeholders on new laws impacting the healthcare industry • Identify and analyze newly enacted and amended federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and other legal guidance • Conduct legal research, interpret law, and determine applicability of new laws to the enterprise • Analyze and report new legal requirements to internal stakeholders • Work collaboratively with Legal Counsel and partners on legal and regulatory compliance matters • Recommend practical advice for internal clients on legal issues related to enterprise-wide implementation of new legal requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an attorney with a law firm, healthcare company or judicial clerkship • Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
