📋 Description
• Provide oversight to the Part C/Part B Preservice Expedited/Standard Appeal team • Ensure timely, customer focused response to appeals, complaints, and grievance • Identify trends and emerging issues and report on and give input on potential solutions • Independently research and translate policy and procedures into intelligent responses • Successfully work across functions and segments to create and trend reports for resolution of escalated cases
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years Leadership experience • Ability to interpret and understand Regulatory Guidance and Member Contract Materials • Fast paced environment • Project Management • Previous Appeals or relatable experience is preferred • Medicare Knowledge is a plus
