• 5+ years of professional experience • Proven experience leading process improvement projects • Experience documenting and analyzing complex business processes • Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes • Ability to analyze data and process flows to find optimization opportunities • Experience leading DMAIC-based initiatives • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
