📋 Description

• Review and triage provider requests and member cases • Maintain accurate documentation • Communicate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to support quality care outcomes • Research and resolve case-related issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards • Provide administrative and customer support for operations • Support care management and healthcare coordination programs • Work alongside nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams to ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and cost-effective healthcare services

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare concepts • Strong customer service and communication skills, including telephone support • Call Center experience is required • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience in healthcare, care coordination, case management support, or a related field preferred
