📋 Description

• Financial stewardship: managing the budget and building financial narrative • Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline and organize leadership workshops • Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and communications • Strategic planning and performance management support • Talent management processes: run talent reviews and analyze engagement survey results • Cross-functional coordination with peer Chiefs of Staff • Issue resolution regarding blockers that slow down initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff • 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience • 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes • 6+ years of excellent written communication experience • 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations • Bachelor's degree required • MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred
