📋 Description

• Serve as the right hand to the SVP leading Healthcare Analytics • Manage capital and operating budgets across the portfolio • Track value realization and ROI against committed initiatives • Build financial narratives for budget reviews with business partners • Run the recruiting pipeline and manage onboarding • Organize leadership onsite workshops • Establish meeting cadences to drive transparency and engagement • Produce executive-ready leadership updates and communications for internal and external partners and stakeholders • Craft agendas and content for town halls • Support annual and mid-year planning cycles, goal setting, and progress tracking • Maintain scorecards and metrics updates • Run talent reviews and calibration • Analyze Colleague Engagement survey results and drive action items • Support talent growth • Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and the broader Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization • Identify and clear initiative blockers, escalating to the SVP as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications • 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and ability to track ROI, measure value realization, and deliver executive insights • 6+ years managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations, onboarding programs, and cross-functional governance • 6+ years of written communication experience developing executive-ready materials with minimal guidance from senior leaders • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, driving results independently and without direct team support • Bachelor’s degree required • Familiarity with a product-oriented way of working preferred • Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred • Comfort with numbers, scorecards, and budgets • Process discipline and creative solutioning • Strong executive presence in writing • High-level understanding of AI • Judgment regarding escalation and independent handling of matters • Comfort with ambiguity and change management • Proficiency with or eagerness to learn AI tools
