📋 Description

• Lead and manage an Account Executive team responsible for an assigned book of business • Build collaborative partnerships to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth • Execute cross-sell and conversion initiatives • Execute retention and growth strategies, including service-level discussions, process improvements, benefit-plan operations, gap identification, root-cause analysis, and solution development • Provide oversight, training, and direction to the account team • Plan, staff, and organize coordination of goals and projects • Provide training programs and materials for sales departments • Monitor performance measures and allocate staff resources to meet service expectations • Attract, select, retain, develop, motivate, evaluate, and coach staff • Monitor renewal processes, call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent constituent service • Identify opportunities to increase customer/broker satisfaction and team efficiency • Organize product training and development seminars • Communicate with internal and external parties • Travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Self-funded health care experience • 7-10 years sales and/or account management experience in health care • Current Health & Life license • Previous client management experience with carrier, TPA or account management with broker experience • History of successful client account retention rate and revenue growth • Experience with large National size clients is a plus • Ability to travel as needed • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings
