📋 Description

• Own and grow senior-level client relationships across assigned accounts • Lead strategic planning, business reviews, renewal discussions, and executive client conversations • Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies focused on measurable results • Partner with account management, creative, media, analytics, reporting, data, operations, sales, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions • Identify opportunities to expand services, deepen client value, improve performance, and grow revenue • Monitor account health, client sentiment, delivery quality, profitability, and retention risk • Serve as the escalation point for significant client issues and lead proactive resolution plans • Mentor account team members and strengthen agency operating practices, governance, and client engagement standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client services, agency account leadership, marketing, consulting, or a related field • 5+ years leading strategic client relationships with senior or executive-level stakeholders • Proven ability to grow, retain, and expand client accounts • Strong understanding of performance marketing, integrated marketing strategy, analytics, measurement, and campaign optimization • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment • Strong financial, commercial, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to influence, prioritize, and make decisions in complex client and internal environments • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred • Experience in a performance marketing, integrated marketing, agency-of-record, or managed-services environment • Experience supporting clients in financial services, fintech, healthcare, retail, or other regulated industries • Experience with multi-channel marketing programs, attribution, reporting, audience strategy, and performance optimization • Experience managing complex or multi-million-dollar client portfolios
