📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end research design and delivery for complex media effectiveness studies • Select methodologies, design surveys, and determine analytical approaches • Translate client business objectives into research frameworks informing media strategy and decision-making • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations • Advise senior client stakeholders on measurement strategy and campaign learning agendas • Apply cross-platform media measurement expertise across brand lift, attribution, digital, CTV, linear, and audience insights • Oversee quality, rigor, and consistency of research outputs • Establish best practices and elevate team standards • Mentor and develop team members • Partner with product, data science, and operations teams • Identify new research opportunities and contribute to proposals and client development

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in market research/insights, with ownership of research design, analysis, and client-facing delivery • Agency/supplier-side experience preferred • Strong expertise in quantitative research methods, including survey design, questionnaire development, and analytical interpretation • Direct experience in media and advertising effectiveness measurement, including brand lift, cross-platform, and/or audience insights • Ability to translate complex data into clear, insight-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders • Strong client leadership skills, including relationship management, influencing decisions, and navigating complex engagements • Track record of mentoring and developing teams • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Strong prioritization and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, social sciences, or analytics
