📋 Description
• Recruits providers as needed for network adequacy • Negotiates contracts with health care providers • Develops rate proposals and performs financial analyses • Manages relationships with key providers
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of five years of experience negotiating contracts with providers, facilities, and physician groups • Understanding of common contract provisions, provider reimbursement methodologies and terms • Demonstrates high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications • Ability to build collaborative relationships with providers
