📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability, data exchange, patient access, and care coordination • Drive product innovation aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, and healthcare industry standards • Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and investment decisions • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement • Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements • Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses • Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes • Lead product strategy for interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, APIs, CDA, X12, and emerging frameworks • Ensure products support healthcare data exchange regulations and compliance requirements • Drive capabilities improving clinical data integration, patient access, provider workflows, and healthcare ecosystem interoperability • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance interoperability initiatives and integration partnerships • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product positioning, customer acquisition, and adoption • Engage customers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to gather feedback and validate product direction • Serve as executive product leader for interoperability initiatives • Lead, mentor, and develop 4–5 Product Owners and Product Managers • Establish product management best practices, governance processes, and operating models • Drive organizational alignment around product priorities and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions • 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios • 5+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products • 4+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies • 4+ years of demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization • Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Meditech, or Athenahealth • Knowledge of CMS interoperability mandates, information blocking regulations, and healthcare data exchange requirements • SAFe Agile or similar certification • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
