📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions • Manage a team of financial analysts • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes • Provide guidance on financial strategy • Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives • Ensure accurate financial reporting • Drive process improvements • Contribute to strategic planning and risk assessment • Lead the annual FP&A budgeting process and establish financial targets • Analyze financial performance through variance, trend, and profitability analysis • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses • Develop and maintain complex financial models • Evaluate financial performance of business units, product lines, and projects • Design, implement, and improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles • 3+ years’ experience with SAP, Excel, PPT, and Tableau supporting business partnership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or equivalent experience • Apptio (preferred) • Retail industry experience (preferred)
