📋 Description
• Coordinate Peer 2 Peer requests for medical services in support of the quality and effectiveness of the organization's health care services • Handle provider calls and Peer 2 Peer requests • Research requests • Enter member information into systems
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years’ experience working in the medical field in some capacity • High School diploma or equivalent GED • Call center experience is preferred • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
