📋 Description

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of priority clinical, population health, and digital member engagement programs • Partner with clinical teams, product, digital, analytics, technology, marketing, business teams, and external partners • Drive programs from concept through pilot, launch, scale, and evaluation • Ensure clinical oversight, business alignment, and successful execution • Identify opportunities and shape solutions for clinical and digital health programs • Measure performance, improve outcomes, and drive ongoing program optimization • Define goals and expectations and build effective business and clinical processes • Lead executive reviews and champion change • Develop approaches that keep programs, products, and partnerships clinically relevant, high quality, and innovative

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in population health program development, clinical program design, product management, digital health, or related areas • Deep knowledge of the clinical product, digital and consumer health, and AI landscape • Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across clinical, product, analytics, IT, and marketing teams • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Experience defining success metrics, building business cases, and using data to guide decisions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to travel approximately 10% annually
