📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for Analytics product development • Define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure successful product launches • Define the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demands • Control the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints • Coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, executive leadership, customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates and enhancements • Translate senior-stakeholder business questions into well-posed causal questions • Translate statistical results into decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders • Advocate for the digital product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings • Promote product value and drive business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management work experience in enterprise-level organizations within digital or analytics • Stellar communications and passion for driving new and innovative products from start to finish • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) and business intelligence skills • Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally and building a team culture • Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Prior experience working with Analytics teams, helping manage end to end • Exposure or direct experience leveraging applied data science, AI, etc. to build impactful and scalable products • Prior experience within healthcare • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
