📋 Description

• Ensure employees and sub-contractors across the Central Division return home safely • Reduce incidents and injury rates across WD businesses • Engage Central Division WD communities in personal safety, wellness and accountability • Implement the Global WD HSSE program across division operations • Deploy and support JLL’s health, safety and environmental risk management strategy • Enable WD business compliance with JLL, cultural, client and statutory requirements • Ensure JLL HSSE Management System and Standards are applied across areas of responsibility • Facilitate HSSE delivery, compliance and performance reporting against JLL and client metrics and KPIs • Support HSSE training, audits, measurement and reporting • Support new business pursuits, account transitions and expansion of existing accounts • Promote a positive, proactive HSSE culture and influence stakeholders • Implement practical risk management strategies • Coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures and internal management reporting • Assist Sourcing and Procurement in approving and monitoring JLL contractors • Manage HSSE team members and relationships among accounts, business functions and employees • Ensure delivery of compliant HSSE training based on the JLL HSSE training model • Ensure WD accounts meet JLL Global HSSE Standards • Monitor legislation changes and update policies and procedures as directed • Assist with incident and accident investigations and maintain appropriate records • Support operational HSSE compliance, audits, inspections, risk assessments and control solutions • Establish relationships with business leaders, senior managers, account teams, employees, clients and supply-chain partners • Organize and attend HSSE communication forums • Perform other duties assigned by the HSSE Central Division Director or senior directors

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Experience/ability to meet goals set by the Regional Americas HSSE Lead and Global HSSE function • Knowledge and application of health, safety and environmental risk management strategies • Ability to ensure compliance with JLL, client and statutory HSSE requirements • Ability to manage HSSE matters across WD operations and client accounts • Ability to coordinate HSSE monitoring, performance reporting and KPI compliance • Ability to support training, audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments • Ability to manage direct and matrix-reporting HSSE team members • Ability to support alignment to ISO14001 and ISO45001 Standards • Knowledge of applicable legislation, best practices and statutory requirements • Ability to provide health and safety risk management guidance at all levels • No specific educational credential stated
