📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term product strategy for Signify's AI-driven Outreach and Rescheduling capabilities • Architect AI-driven orchestration logic using Conversational AI, including Voice and RCS • Create intelligent, supply-aware re-engagement flows and evaluation frameworks • Articulate long-term vision and secure alignment across department- and division-level stakeholders • Represent Signify with vendors, customers, and industry forums • Plan and deliver strategy with limited day-to-day oversight • Deliver across departments, functions, and multiple product teams • Identify user and business needs, recommend innovative solutions, and drive tradeoff decisions • Develop product vision, roadmap, value definitions, and shared KPIs • Identify market and technology trends and quantify opportunities and financial impact • Influence system-wide architecture and strategic growth opportunities • Observe and interview users, including executive-level customers, to validate product direction • Mentor junior product talent, contribute to hiring panels, and support other Lead Director scopes • Use healthcare industry knowledge to inform long-term strategic bets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience • 10 or more years of professional experience • 7 or more years of product experience • Track record of owning strategy for a highly ambiguous or emerging product space • Strong technical acumen integrating AI models into complex business logic • Ability to dissect technical problems such as intent classification and supply-aware routing • Experience in Conversational AI or NLP-driven product management • Ability to design and optimize multi-modal user journeys using Voice, SMS, and Chat powered by LLMs • Ability to influence at department/division level and build consensus among senior cross-functional stakeholders • Experience engaging directly with vendors, clients, or industry forums • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from disparate sources • Proven experience integrating and normalizing cancellation dispositions, member eligibility data, and real-time clinician availability • Ability to analyze member rescheduling journeys across 2-way SMS, Voice AI, and inbound channels • Passion for transforming the US healthcare system • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
