📋 Description

• Design and implement KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities • Establish performance measurement standards across departments and service lines • Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities • Partner with business leaders to set targets, track progress, and address underperformance • Create executive-level performance dashboards and reports • Conduct performance review sessions and translate findings into strategic recommendations • Develop benchmarking methodologies against industry standards and competitors • Build and maintain BI infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting platforms • Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics tools • Perform complex data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and strategic insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across BI platforms and reporting processes • Optimize BI tools and workflows and support user adoption • Train business users to leverage BI tools independently • Identify opportunities to use AI and machine learning to solve business challenges and automate processes • Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions • Collaborate with IT, data science teams, and external vendors to deploy AI applications • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic investments • Build predictive models and intelligent automation workflows • Establish responsible AI development practices, including ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency • Monitor and refine AI solution performance based on feedback and changing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in reliability or operations management, performance management, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, techniques, or development projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field preferred • Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL • Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and AI development • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling best practices • Understanding of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and AI/ML services • Experience with API integration, automation tools, and workflow orchestration • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to work effectively across departments and influence without direct authority • Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation • Change management experience and ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
