📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Med Affairs Network team to ensure a data-driven approach • Measure and improve performance of the Med Affairs network provider partners • Track, facilitate, and find cross-functional opportunities for new initiatives • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities • Develop strategies to manage and monitor project performance • Lead and manage multifaceted strategic projects and programs • Advise leadership on project status, risks, and recommended actions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years work experience • Healthcare experience including value based care and managed care for 3+ years • Data analytics skills • Business intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Problem solving skills • Decision making skills • Growth mindset skills • Project management experience/certifications (preferred) • Master’s Degree in related area (preferred)
