📋 Description

• Lead and execute projects and initiatives within an information technology environment • Develop, maintain, govern, and implement enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards • Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable EHR-enabled policies • Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings on policy development and maintenance • Support enterprise workflow standardization and alignment initiatives • Assess proposed workflow changes and recommend policy and standards updates • Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption • Monitor implemented workflow changes for adherence to enterprise policy requirements • Lead clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including Abridge • Define evaluation frameworks covering patient impact and safety, clinical quality, provider experience, workflow adoption, privacy and security, operational readiness, and regulatory alignment • Evaluate business value, ROI, financial impact, productivity, utilization, and measurable clinical and operational outcomes • Establish monitoring, feedback loops, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement • Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, operations, Epic analysts, informatics partners, technology owners, and governance teams • Partner with Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Finance, vendors, and business leaders • Deliver executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions • Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders and present to stakeholder networks • Support enterprise change initiatives and embed policies within Epic workflows • Implement mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience • Clinician experience preferred, but not required • Master's degree preferred
