📋 Description

• Uncover and synthesize customer attitudes and perceptions related to aspects of the retail pharmacy business • Own insights for specific parts of the business and customer, such as immunizations and OTC medication • Work with business partners to understand objectives and context • Plan actionable, insightful, timely and cost-effective customer research studies • Partner with research suppliers to execute studies • Use custom quantitative surveys, AI-Powered Synthetic Research, focus groups, ongoing trackers, syndicated data synthesis and historical document reviews • Synthesize research findings into comprehensive and actionable stories • Develop research plans for project and brand teams with supervisor input • Manage research projects, timelines and cost targets • Participate in multifunctional team discussions and initiatives using pharmacy consumer knowledge • Identify opportunities to act on insights and reduce business decision-making risk • Coordinate external suppliers on design alternatives, executional conflicts and analytical options • Promote innovative market research processes and methodologies • Learn and master new consumer research methodologies and participate in collaborative problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience helping to design, plan, analyze and execute successful qualitative and/or quantitative customer research across a variety of methodologies • Strong analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required • Related experience in Retail, Pharmacy or CPG industry • Proactive and self-starter approach • High attention to detail • Strong project management skills • Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Adaptive to real-time change in strategy and scope, and able to pivot accordingly • Strong written and verbal communication skills
