📋 Description

• Support the Medicare Advantage Sales & Acquisitions team by owning the operational backbone of the team. • Coordinate user feedback into product roadmaps. • Maintain product and initiative documentation. • Keep leadership informed on progress. • Coordinate the day-to-day processes that allow engineers and product staff to focus on delivery. • Maintain traceability and reporting that leadership relies on to track progress against product initiatives and annual readiness cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products, business operations, and related technology frameworks. • Hands-on experience with Workday and Jira. • Experience supporting internal stakeholders and leadership teams. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. • Effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager. • Ability to travel as needed.
