📋 Description

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and related data processes • Deploy SSRS reports and Power BI reports according to team standards and established practices • Use automated processes to deploy stored procedures to team databases • Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages for extracting production data, preparing files for SFTP, and loading vendor data into team databases • Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes, including issue identification and resolution • Update and maintain team-developed applications to support processes and requirements • Partner with technical and business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support solution delivery • Support reporting, database, and application reliability • Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across reporting and deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in application support, database support, informatics, or a related technical role • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Hands-on experience with SSIS package development, support, and troubleshooting • Experience supporting and deploying SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards • Experience using Visual Studio • Experience with GitHub or similar source control tools • Experience with enterprise scheduling tools, scheduled jobs, and job failure troubleshooting • Programming experience with VB.NET and C# • Experience developing or supporting automated deployment processes for database objects such as stored procedures • Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data between production systems, vendor files, and internal databases • Experience supporting secure file transfer processes such as SFTP • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams • Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment preferred • Experience supporting production reporting and data integration processes preferred • Experience with deployment standards, documentation, and quality controls preferred • Experience supporting internally developed team applications preferred • Experience working in a complex enterprise technology environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
