📋 Description

• Lead a team of approximately 16–20 RN professionals providing telephonic outreach and care management for members • Maintain staffing and processes aligned with department goals and customer satisfaction • Communicate regularly with team members to motivate, coach, lead, and remove obstacles • Lead and empower team members to support their development • Analyze data to interpret trends and improve processes or approaches • Monitor department activity for continuous quality and productivity improvement • Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems • Determine resources, approaches, schedules, and goals to achieve department objectives • Participate in projects and initiatives • Collaborate across departments and provide briefings and area meetings • Maintain frequent contact with other department managers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • 5 or more years of professional RN experience • 2 or more years of supervisory, operational leadership experience • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
