📋 Description

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients • Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets • Develop project plans, team member assignments, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones • Conduct project post-mortems and apply lessons learned to improve project management practices • Implement and enforce quality control processes • Develop change management plans and strategies • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation and contingency plans • Prepare and deliver project progress reports • Direct individuals managing multiple projects and competing priorities • Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address critical implementation issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Comprehensive understanding and strong association with Aetna organizations representing products, services, administration, operations and systems • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification • Equivalent work experience • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone preferred
