📋 Description

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects • Manage scheduling, materials, access, and project closure • Maintain project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers • Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients • Generate daily work-in-progress reports and training summaries • Support project cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics • Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports • Support change management, billing, and documentation • Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion • Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or construction project controls • Telecommunications experience preferred • Familiarity with U.S. telecommunications providers and operational protocols • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and IF Statements • Power BI and SAP experience is a plus • Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC project performance metrics • Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is an asset • Excellent communication and time management skills • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities • Willingness to travel up to 20% to project sites or offices • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for productivity, efficiency, reporting, and project coordination is highly desired • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
