📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client implementation programs from kickoff through go-live • Run and maintain program status reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking • Communicate clearly with client and internal stakeholders • Act as the primary point of contact for client program stakeholders • Represent Movemedical with the rigor and professionalism expected by medical device and clinical organizations • Coordinate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams • Build fluency in client-side technical and operational contexts, including inventory, supply chain, and clinical workflows • Escalate risks and blockers proactively and assertively, internally and with clients • Contribute to maturing Movemedical’s overall project management process and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a project manager inside a medical device or clinical organization, running large ERP / supply-chain implementations (e.g., SAP), or leading enterprise-level SaaS implementations in the Life Sciences or Healthcare IT space • Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder implementation programs end-to-end, with scoping, timeline, and risk-tracking discipline • Ability to adapt a project management process to a faster-moving, less formal environment • Ability to hold a position and push back with clients or leadership under ambiguity or pressure • Strong written and verbal communication • Judgment to know when to escalate a risk and when to handle it independently • Comfortable traveling up to approximately 25% of the time • Must currently be located within the United States • Industry exposure is valued, not required • No direct people-management responsibility currently
