📋 Description

• Serves a dual role as both Scrum Master and Delivery Lead, responsible for driving execution, delivery governance, and agile team effectiveness across complex technology initiatives • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, drive team accountability, and manage delivery commitments • Provide end-to-end oversight of project planning, dependency management, financial tracking, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting • Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks and delivery best practices • Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives and programs throughout the full delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience leading technology delivery initiatives within large, complex IT environments • Experience serving as both a Scrum Master and delivery/project lead on software development initiatives • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery methodologies • Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) • Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery plans • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams • Proficiency with Agile and project management tools including Jira, Rally, Microsoft Project, and related reporting tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead across organizational levels • Knowledge of portfolio financial management, forecasting, and business case development
