📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective members to offer Medicare plans • Make outbound calls for retention efforts • Provide support to sales representatives as needed • Respond to incoming customer service inquiries as needed • Work alternate hours, including overtime or weekends, depending on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Maricopa County, AZ • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment • Demonstrated telephone and problem resolution skills • 1+ year of experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer software, primarily Microsoft Office • High school diploma or GED • Ability to work alternate hours, including overtime or weekends, as needed • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Previous experience working with Quick Base preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills preferred • Excellent attention to detail preferred • Ability to succeed in an independent environment preferred
