📋 Description

• Provide mental health therapy remotely to clients ages 13+ • Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals and couples/families • Use evidence-based assessment and treatment planning tools • Deliver diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling services • Apply evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Support continuity of care for patients • Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice • Collaborate with the clinical care team • Practice at the top of the applicable license

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMFT • Must obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs • Excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills • Evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university • Must be licensed in California and/or Washington state • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills • Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery • Deep understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Comfortable using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms • Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements • Strong crisis intervention skills • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
