📋 Description

• Work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant video-based therapy • Formulate a diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans • Facilitate individual or group therapy sessions • Complete documentation and maintain required client-related records, including diagnostic records and progress notes, within assigned timeframes • Counsel family members to help them understand and support clients • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment • Treat children, adolescents, and adults

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree • Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines • Bilingual a plus
