📋 Description

• Lead high-impact process improvement and Business Process Management initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions • Design, standardize, improve, and govern ISTS processes using agentic workflows, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Process Management disciplines • Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals and ISTS OKRs • Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance • Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations • Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives by value potential • Enforce consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approaches • Update process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts • Create current-state process visualizations using tools such as Visio and Lucidchart • Design optimized future-state processes • Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, workflow changes, and agentic workflows • Partner with IT, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to implement and scale improvements • Drive change adoption, stakeholder buy-in, and smooth implementation • Prepare and maintain flow diagrams, SOPs, and change control artifacts • Continuously evaluate and refine processes for effectiveness, agility, and adaptability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a background in process engineering, analysis, and change management • 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework • Experience with process inventory and taxonomy management, process documentation and standardization, process ownership models, and governance routines • 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Mural • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills • Demonstrated hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies • Experience partnering with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements through technology, automation, workflow tools, and digital enablement • Working knowledge of agentic workflows, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms • Experience with project management methodologies • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while managing complex stakeholder relationships • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of related experience as an alternative education pathway
