📋 Description

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop timely, accurate responses to proposal-related inquiries • Scope proposal opportunities and recommend resource assignments • Track and manage proposal workflows using internal systems • Support reporting, analytics, and departmental initiatives • Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts • Train new team members on tools, processes, and best practices • Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFPs and related deliverables, as applicable • Format proposals according to CVS Caremark brand and marketing standards • Develop responses using approved, SME-validated content repositories • Lead and facilitate strategy discussions with key stakeholders • Customize content for client-specific needs and requirements • Establish timelines and ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines • Conduct final quality reviews and oversee submission delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects • Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail • Working knowledge of, or ability to develop knowledge of, PBM products, services, and sales strategies • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency • Flexibility and openness to evolving processes and innovative approaches • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proposal and/or project management experience preferred • Familiarity with Medicare Part D programs and PBM industry terminology preferred • Experience with proposal tools such as Qvidian and CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred • Equivalent professional experience may be considered • Ability to work until 6 PM CST daily
