📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end clinical data integration projects from kickoff to production with provider partners, EHR vendors, and internal teams • Implement direct-to-partner products and solutions, including onboarding, data integration, and adoption • Guide provider organizations through technical deliverables for CMS programs such as MSSP • Interpret EHR capabilities and advise partners on interface setup and data submission best practices • Document integration steps, communicate status updates, and align clinical, technical, and business stakeholders • Review incoming data files for structure and content, support QA processes, and troubleshoot interface issues • Track partner interactions by email and calls and maintain project and business process documentation • Identify integration workflow improvements and refine technical and operational standards • Develop expertise in the internal platform and use front-end and back-end tools such as SQL environments to resolve data issues within SLAs • Support technical initiatives involving interoperability, system functionality, EHR vendor-specific integration methods, and new data specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience required • 2–4 years of related technical experience • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills • Experience with various EMR systems • Knowledge of HL7, QRDA1, and CCDA interface development and troubleshooting • Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, and Foundry for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data issues • Ability to define timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure cross-functional alignment • CRM system management and current documentation of partner interactions • Ability to understand and translate technical documentation for non-technical users • Quality assurance and data validation experience supporting clean, accurate, and complete data feeds • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy/security • Presentation skills for leading partner kickoff calls and answering support questions • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, proactively take initiative, and contribute to collaboration and accountability
