📋 Description

• Drive provider adoption and onboarding of Interoperability clinical data connections within an assigned region • Lead provider engagement activities, including outreach, introductory conversations, implementation meetings, provider-facing calls, follow-up communications, and activation support • Communicate connection opportunities, capabilities, and value to strengthen provider understanding and adoption • Build working relationships across Interoperability, Network, Provider Experience, and other internal teams • Coordinate onboarding activity across providers and internal teams to maintain progress toward activation • Maintain tracking, reporting, and communication processes supporting onboarding progress and connection status • Share dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights with providers and internal stakeholders • Drive barrier resolution by coordinating with internal partners and surfacing issues • Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements • Manage competing priorities and coordinate across workstreams using project management discipline • Support regional Interoperability initiatives, including the Aetna Forward Program

🎯 Requirements

• Strong partnership, collaboration, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, coordination, and management of multiple initiatives across competing timelines • Experience maintaining tracking, reporting, and communication processes and using performance data to support stakeholder discussions and business decisions • Demonstrated strength in problem solving, process improvement, and navigating ambiguity in a cross-functional environment • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems, Health Information Exchange concepts, and the health insurance industry • Experience driving provider onboarding and engagement preferred • 3+ years' experience in healthcare, insurance or healthcare consulting and/or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP) with a combination of other relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field preferred
