📋 Description

• Provide operational support and perform data maintenance and cleanup for basic-to-complex data transactions • Perform data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems to support claims adjudication and provider directories • Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements • Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit when needed • Validate system enhancements • Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses of provider data issues and trends • Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements • Conduct and manage audits of provider information • Escalate issues for resolution as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of maintaining information within multiple databases • 1–2+ years of provider data service background • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments • Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Advanced skills in Excel • Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations • Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience • EPDB experience preferred
