📋 Description

• Provide operational support and perform basic-to-complex data maintenance and cleanup for data transactions • Perform data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems supporting claims adjudication and provider directories • Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements • Potentially provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit • Validate system enhancements • Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses of provider data issues and audit trends • Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements • Conduct and manage provider information audits and escalate issues for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of maintaining information within multiple databases • 1–2+ years of provider data service background • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments • Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills • Ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations • Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience • EPDB experience preferred
