📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance and test design activities • Develop quality programs and manage testing strategies • Oversee compliance and audit processes • Analyze quality performance metrics • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement • Ensure delivery of high-quality products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, Quality Management, or a related discipline • Experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs, processes, standards, and best practices • Expertise in test strategy development, test design, and functional, performance, integration, and regression testing • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing quality assurance teams • Ability to establish, monitor, and report on quality metrics, KPIs, and performance measures • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews against quality standards and regulatory requirements • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for managing complex quality issues and corrective actions • Experience collaborating with product development, operations, and customer support teams • Knowledge of defect prevention methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to plan, prioritize, implement, and support quality initiatives • Business intelligence and data-driven decision-making skills • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement • Experience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments • Knowledge of industry quality standards, testing frameworks, and quality management systems • Experience leveraging business intelligence tools and reporting platforms • Familiarity with emerging quality assurance technologies, automation frameworks, and testing best practices • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
