📋 Description

• Define organizational benchmarks for quality audits and guide team members on measuring compliance • Collect, compile, and analyze data across business units to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas • Monitor internal teams and assist with daily business maintenance • Identify opportunities to maximize daily operational output • Build and maintain relationships across departments to resolve issues and prevent service delays • Build and deliver periodic performance reports on key metrics for senior leadership • Collaborate with an agile team of quality specialists • Adopt new initiatives and direction from leadership

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 0 to 1 year of professional experience • Solid problem-solving abilities • Strong foundational sense of decision-making
