📋 Description

• Manage and support Artificial Intelligence initiatives by setting technical goals, providing guidance, and ensuring effective delivery and support • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, conversational AI, and voice AI to improve healthcare processes, member and provider experiences, and operations • Support AI projects from conception through completion while meeting timelines, budgets, quality standards, priorities, and business objectives • Analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and propose AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities • Collaborate with AI engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to configure, integrate, test, and optimize conversational AI, generative AI, and voice AI solutions • Establish and implement integrations and data pipelines while addressing privacy, security, and governance concerns • Evaluate, test, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions based on performance, accuracy, user experience, and business impact • Provide technical guidance and communication to cross-functional teams • Manage AI deployments, integrate them with existing infrastructure, resolve technical challenges, monitor performance, and provide production support • Configure, administer, and support AI platforms, tools, and environments, including conversational AI technologies • Monitor production AI solutions, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and maintain system health and availability • Develop technical documentation, implementation standards, operational procedures, runbooks, and support materials • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for innovation • Support AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years work experience • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Experience developing, implementing, supporting, or maintaining enterprise technology solutions • Experience integrating applications, systems, APIs, or platforms in a complex technology environment • Experience supporting production applications and resolving operational issues • Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, voice automation, or related AI technologies preferred • Experience with AI platforms such as Kore.ai or similar enterprise AI technologies preferred • Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI orchestration preferred • Experience with speech, transcription, natural language processing, or voice technologies preferred • Experience with AI monitoring, observability, testing, or performance measurement preferred • Experience within healthcare, Medicare, member engagement, provider engagement, or regulated industries preferred • Experience with cloud-based technology platforms and AI solution deployments preferred • Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification preferred
